The Creators Project 1 Year Later

In 2018 I remember having an idea that I trusted more than anything I ever had before, and for those next few months it was all I could think about. Today marks one year since the first Creators Project. It’s weird because I remember this event so vividly, but at the same time the whole thing was a blur.

The purpose of The Creators Project was, and continues to be, to bring together young entrepreneurs and creatives in a showcase. Allowing them to meet new people and make valuable connections. This idea initially started as a pop-up for Loose Threads Vintage and grew to include other vintage sellers, artists, musicians, and so much more.

Being on the exact same page as the people around you is a great feeling. One day I want to travel with this event, and I’m working every day to figure out how to make that a reality. Bringing like-minded people together is what I love to do, and that’s exactly what The Creators Project does.

To conclude I wanted to express my gratitude. This event would not have happened without the people that pushed me, and continue to push me on a daily basis. I also made so many connections that day, and in the months after, with people I now consider some of my closest friends that motivate me in business, creativity, and life. I urge everybody to find people that do that, people that trust your ideas, and people that you can feed off of.

Thanks for reading, and please feel free to check out the catalogue for more on The Creators Project, and also to browse through the curated collection of vintage I have for sale on the shop. I really hope to host a third installment of The Creators Project in the future when it’s safe to do so.  I have a lot of ideas for The Creators Project III
